Accommodation can be available for the delegates in Frascati at the hotels listed below.
Reservations will be handled directly by the participants to the meetings.

To help the workshop participants ENEA pre-reserved 40 rooms in Frascati and we agreed the following rates with the hotels.

Use the code "3rd EMP working day - ENEA" to refer to the agreed pre-bookings when you contact one of the pre-reserved hotels to make your own reservation and do not forget to indicate the exact period of your stay.
Deadline for the tentative availability of the rooms is November 5 (after that date all the rooms pre-booked by ENEA and not occupied by the participants will be released) .
Some of the suggested hotels offer a free shuttle bus service upon request for the nearby area, and thus to/from ENEA (reserved only to the hotel guests).
