Visa Information
If you require an invitation letter for your visa application, please indicate this in the Symposium Registration Form and notify us as soon as possible.
International participants are strongly advised to check visa and travel requirements well in advance and to apply for a visa early if needed.
Visa issuance for entry into Italy is handled by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its network of consular and diplomatic offices, based on the applicant’s place of residence.
