A self funded dinner will be organized in Frascati at Restaurant: "Fontana Vecchia"
Via Don Bosco, 61, 00044 Frascati RM
The cost per person is 35 euro. The menu will be:
- spaghetti alla chitarra with pachino tomatoes, scampi (fish) and bottarga
- malloreddus with fish ragu
- rhomb (fish) with roasted potatoes
- fresh mixed salad
- dessert
- wine "Le Quinte", mineral water, espresso coffee

Aalternative for vegetarians or those that do not eat fish: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms or raviolo cacio and pepe (pecorino cheese and pepper); soufflè with potatoes, taleggio cheese and artichokes.
Coffee breaks will be offered to registered delegates. Lunch tickets can be bought at ENEA canteen (about 7 euros).
