Use the code "EUROFUSION General Assembly - ENEA" to refer to the agreed pre-bookings when you contact the hotel to make your own reservation and do not forget to indicate your exact period of stay in your mail. Deadline for the tentative availability of the rooms is March 15 2019. (after that date all the rooms pre-booked by ENEA and not occupied by the participants will be released) .
A shuttle bus service (organized by ENEA) will be provided for the guests of the hotels indicated above. Hotel Antica Colonia, Hotel Cacciani and Hotel Villa Mercede provide a free shuttle bus service in case you wish to reach ENEA independently or you want to move in the nearby area.
