Participants are invited to take care of their own reservations. 

 

Reservations must be done by e-mail or phone, quoting "Convenzione ENEA NUC 2026", otherwise the discounted conference rates will not be applied and the free shuttle service to and from ENEA will not be provided.

 

DO NOT USE the online reservation form on the hotel booking web sites, or other online booking platforms.

Please note that the shuttle bus service will be guaranteed ONLY IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE, at the time of reservation.

 

Hotels with ENEA Agreement

 

 

Hotel Antica Colonia
Self-catering apartments approximately 500–700 m from ENEA (7–10 minutes on foot), offering kitchens and flexibility for longer stays. Particularly convenient for laboratory visits; the town centre is farther away and requires an uphill walk. 🚕​ shuttle bus available upon request if reserved using the agreement

 

Hotel Giadrina Cacciani
A centrally located hotel with a historic restaurant and panoramic views, approximately 1.5–2 km from ENEA (20–30 minutes on foot, estimated). Ideal for dining and enjoying the town; less convenient for daily walks to ENEA, especially the uphill return. 🚕​ shuttle bus available upon request if reserved using the agreement

 

Hotel Colonna
A charming hotel in the historic centre, approximately 2 km from ENEA (25–30 minutes on foot). Excellent for restaurants and exploring the town; the main drawback is the longer walk to ENEA and the uphill return 🚕​ shuttle bus available upon request if reserved using the agreement

 

Hotel Villa Mercede
A four-star hotel with a pool, spa and restaurant, approximately 700 m from ENEA (10–15 minutes on foot). Convenient for the research centre and leisure facilities; reaching Frascati’s historic centre involves an uphill walk.   🚕​ shuttle bus available upon request if reserved using the agreement
