A self financed social dinner will be organized in at CRISFISH Restaurant Bistrot in Frascati.
Menu of the dinner:
Appetizer Plate:
Seafood salad, fried anchovy stuffed with buffalo mozzarella, bruschetta with marinated salmon.
Centerpiece Dish:
Sautéed mussels with croutons.
First Course:
Cacio e pepe risotto with minced shrimp.
(Alternatively, a calamarata pasta with seafood ragù or similar options can be prepared.)
Main Course:
Filet of the catch of the day in a potato crust, served with salad.
Dessert in a Glass:
Tiramisu.
Included:
House wine (1 bottle for every 4 people), water, and coffee.
