NARCOSIS Workshop No. 2

9th of June 2026, online

Objectives

• Display interim results and TRL status of the tools.

• Collect operational feedback from Stakeholders (LEA, laboratories, ICT, and policymakers).

• Align integration requirements and define pilots/adoption.

Audience

• LEA/forensics, forensic laboratories, ICT/LIMS managers, policy and regulatory authorities, ethics/legal,

social and health specialist. (The Participation is possible by invitation only)

Format

• Pitch presentations on tools followed by panel discussion with moderators

Location

• Online meeting hosted in ZOOM by ENEA- link with details will be sent to confirmed participants

Key message for stakeholders

• Operational and interoperable platform (API, DEMS, NarcoDB).

• Reduction of scene-to-first identification times; reduction of false data; evidentiary reuse.

• Clear path for pilots and adoption with support for standards, security, and data governance.

• Create a logical progression from needs definition, to technical solution, to data harmonisation, and finally

to operational deployment.

• Collecting focused input from partners, identifying gaps and consolidating the role of NARCOSIS tools within

forensic and law-enforcement workflows.

• Facilitating the NARCOSIS technological offer with policy and regulatory framework

• Introducing the NARCOSIS social and health impact facilitators
