Below please find our Corporate Agreement reserved for you. We are pleased to guarantee fixed rates for the entire year 2026, valid until 29 December 2026.

Double Room for Single Use – €110.00 per night
(including shuttle service – 4 seats – to and from the ENEA premises: one trip in the morning and one in the evening, grouped schedules to be agreed)

Double / Twin Room – €130.00 per night
(including shuttle service – 4 seats – to and from the ENEA premises: one trip in the morning and one in the evening, grouped schedules to be agreed)

• Wi-Fi connection throughout the property (1 GB)

• Welcome prosecco at MULE – Cocktail & Frascati Wine Bar (open from 17:00 to 24:00, closed on Mondays)

10% Discount Reserved for ENEA Hotel Guests at the following venues:

• MULE – Cocktail & Frascati Wine Bar (inside Hotel Colonna, open 17:00–24:00, closed Mondays)

• Il Timone Restaurant (fish & seafood specialties)

• Hostaria Santa Maria Restaurant (traditional Roman cuisine)

• Ovosodo Restaurant (Roman pinsa, pizza and traditional cuisine)

Additional Paid Services

Car rental available at special agreed rates: 25% discount on standard prices.
Insurance excess in case of at-fault accident: €250.00.
(Advance booking required – pick-up and drop-off directly at the hotel. Example: FIAT Panda from €33.75 per day.)

Not Included

• Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per night

• Any extras consumed

Cancellation Policy

Extremely flexible: reservations may be cancelled free of charge until 18:00, two days prior to arrival.

Booking Method

Reservations must be sent by email to hotelcolonna@hotelcolonna.it specifying “Convenzione ENEA NUC 2026”.
Bookings made through Booking.com, Expedia, or other online portals cannot benefit from these rates.

Guarantee and Payment

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Payment is due directly at check-out (unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking).

Please specify at the time of booking if an invoice is required.
