Below is your reserved Corporate Agreement, under which we are pleased to guarantee fixed rates for the entire year 2026, valid until 29 December 2026:

• “Là – Cucina con Vista” Restaurant (reservation recommended)

• Rapsodia Lounge Bar (open 24/7)

• Padel courts

• Outdoor swimming pool at Padel Club Villa Mercede (during opening periods, 10:00–20:00)

 

Not Included

• City tax: €2.00 per person, per night

• Any extras consumed during the stay

Check-out: by 12:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

Extremely flexible: reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Guarantee and Payment

A credit card is required as guarantee for the first night only. The balance is to be settled directly at check-out (unless otherwise specified at the time of booking).
